DOUGLAS, ISLE OF MAN.—During a very heavy gale from the S.E., on the 3rd March, the brigantine Queen of the Usk, of Whitehaven, bound from Kingstown to that port, in ballast, was riding very heavily in Douglas Bay, with two anchors down and dragging.
