SELSEY, SUSSEX.—On the 8th February the Life-boat Two Sisters was launched to the aid of the three-masted schooner Kyanite, of Guernsey, which was in a position of much peril, having parted from both her anchors during a strong westerly gale and a very heavy sea. Some of the Life-boatmen, and four of the crew of a galley, went on board, and the vessel, which had a crew of seven men, was taken to a place of safety, the Life-boat accompanyingaccompanying her.
