ST. ANDREWS, N.B.—The Ladies' Own Life-boat put off on the morning of the 16th November to the assistance of the schooner Roseneath, of Hull, which was near the breakers on the sandbanks off St. Andrews during a strong E. gale and very heavy sea, accompanied by heavy showers of sleet.
