HASBOROUGH.— The ketch Rival, of London, bound there from Newcastle with fire-bricks, went ashore at Ostend, about a mile and a quarter N. of the Hasborough Life-boat Station, during a strong E.N.E.

wind and a thick fog on the 8th April.
