KESSINGLAND, SUFFOLK.—On the 13th January, at 4.15 A.M., the barque Uleopas, of South Shields, bound from Liverpool to South Shields with a cargo of salt, was observed on the Barnard Sand during a S.W. wind and rough sea. In reply to her signals of distress the No. 2 Life-boat proceeded out, and with great. difficulty rescued the crew of 10 men, and landed them on the beach at Eessingland. The vessel became a total wreck..
