IVES, CORNWALL.-—At 8 A.M. on the 17th April, blowing hard from E.N.E., in consequence of signals of distress from the French dandy Henri et Helene, of Nantes, the Life-boat Covent Garden went out of the river and placed a pilot and 2 men on board that vessel, by whose aid she was got under weigh, and piloted over the bar to a safe anchorage..
