PALLING.—At 11 A.M. on the 2nd Jan., the steamer Nuphar, of Shields, bound from Antwerp to Shields, was observed in distress off Palling, having lost-her screw propeller. The No. 2 Life-boat, British Workman, was thereupon launched, and succeeded in boarding the distressed vessel through a rough sea, and subsequently assisted to convey her safely into Tarmouth Eoads..
