On the 29th January, at 7 P.M., the Life-boat, Elizaleth Soys, brought on shore the crew of 21 men from the ! barque Margaret Evans, of Glasgow, bound ; from Philadelphia to Antwerp, which vessel had run ashore under Seaford Head during a strong breeze at W.S.W., accom- panied by thick weather.
