Frank, of Grimsby

WITHERNSEA.—On the 8th January, at 5 A.M., the smack Frank, of Grimsby, having on board a crew of 10 persons, was driven ashore off Waxholme, 2 miles north of Withernsea, during an E.S.E.

gale, accompanied by a heavy sea. The news having reached the Life-boat Station at Withernsea, the Life-boat Pelican was conveyed on her carriage by land and launched off the beach at the nearest point to the stranded vessel. She was successful in saving all on board the vessel..
