On the 17th November, during a strong gale of wind from the E.N.E., the brig Bessie, of Sunderland, was observed to anchor in a dan- gerous position near this life-boat station, and the City of Worcester life-boat accordingly went out, and piloted her safely into Bern- bridge Harbour. _.
