Isabella of Hartlepool

On the 26th October, 1859, the coble Isabella, of Hartlepool, was seen in great danger off Redcar, the wind blowing a strong gale from N. by W., and a heavy sea running. The Institution's Red- car life-boat went off to her, and taking on board her crew, 2 in number, conveyed them safely to the shore.
