The Royal Berkshire life-boat also succeeded in getting the smack Hope, of Aberystwith, and her crew of 3 men, off the South Bank and safely into harbour.
On the 23rd November the same Life-boat again put off and rendered assistance to two fishing boats which were in danger while making for the harbour. '.
Again, on the 12th June, this life-boat proceeded through a high surf, and rescued another coble and its crew of 3 men, under similar circumstances..
